The Oakridge School works to inspire the very best in education.  For several years, we have collaborated with local universities to help train future leaders in education. Over the past five years, we have partnered with Texas Christian University (TCU), College of Education with a visitation program. This past semester, Dr. Curby Alexander sent all his students to tour our campus once a week for the month of October.

Each cohort group consisted of approximately 20-25 students and even included some exchange students from Sweden. Oakridge teachers and students were incredible hosts. Our teachers took time to demonstrate best practices in the classroom and then talk in a Q&A social for each visit. The feedback from both the TCU faculty and students has been overwhelmingly positive. The students were very appreciative and impressed with what they saw during their time here on our campus. We look forward to continuing this valuable partnership with the TCU College of Education as we continue to inspire the very best in education.
