WINTER FORMAL:  Thank you to our Upper School Student Council for hosting our Winter Formal.  The dance is at the White Room in Pantego on Saturday, February 1 from 7:00-10:00pm.  All Upper School students are invited and students may bring a non-Oakridge guest provided they fill out a guest form in the office.  It is not necessary to have a date, so just come and enjoy the fun!  The online sign up will be available this coming week.

COLLEGE COLLOQUIUM: You do not want to miss College Advising's premier event, College Colloquium, which brings college admission vice presidents and deans to Oakridge to share their insight with our faculty, parents, and students. This year's distinguished guests will join us from Texas A&M University, Colorado College, and Rhodes College. 

With the rapidly changing higher education landscape, the College Colloquium program is an important opportunity to update our families on the admission process and to connect one-on-one with selective colleges and universities. This program is made possible by the generous support of Oakridge's Parent Club. Thank you, OPC, for being one of College Advising's biggest advocates! All parents and students of any grade level are welcome to attend. See you there!

DISNEY TRIP: We wish our Upper School Disney travelers a safe, educational, and memorable trip this weekend.  The group departs on Saturday and returns Tuesday.  Our students will visit the parks and have specific sessions on either the engineering concepts found at Disney or working with a guest director.  Have fun!
