Dear Oakridge Family,

The weeks leading up to Spring Break were amazing at The Oakridge School! Our Super Supper and Auction was absolutely spectacular, and I could not be more grateful for our Auction Committee and their leadership! The night is not only about raising funds to continue to fuel the incredible work of our faculty and students, but it is also about creating a space to wonder, hope, and create boundless possibilities for our students. The cause is nothing short of extraordinary, igniting the flames of learning, creativity, and unbounded potential. This year's theme was The Greatest School and our dedication to creating a space for students to become the best version of themselves was on full display. Our children have millions of dreams, and it is incumbent upon us to create the space for those dreams to be born and aspirations to take flight.

I was grateful that I was able to witness some of those dreams and aspirations come to fruition in our Oratorical Showcase. I was completely blown away by the grace and confidence of so many of our students. From our Preschoolers telling us that they "have a dream of everyone playing nicely together on the playground" to listening to the trials and tribulations of our middle school students to hearing the angelic voices of our Chamber Choir, the Oakridge magic was on full display. I was particularly struck with 8th grader Gia Puri and her original composition, "Tapestry," which spoke to each student's unique and special traits to the "delightful, sometimes chaotic, and always colorful" Oakridge Experience.

Welcome back!
