Dear Oakridge Family,

It is hard to believe that the school year is over! And what a year it has been! I recall last summer when I stepped on campus in June to succeed Mr. Kellam as Head of School. I shared the same anxious energy our new students feel when they start a new school year. However, that quickly went away as I met and built relationships with so many wonderful people on campus. You immediately made me feel like I belonged at this beautiful place, and the school year has been nothing short of stupendous. While I have been mindful to respect and celebrate our storied traditions and history, I have my eyes set upon the road ahead. I am grateful for each of you, your love for Oakridge, and your commitment to serving our children. It is an honor to lead our parliament of Owls! 

Have a great summer, and we will see you when school resumes in August!
