Greetings, Middle School Families,

We are proud to announce the induction of thirty-eight Oakridge Middle School Owls into the Sid Richardson Chapter of The National Junior Honor Society. These students were recognized for their academic excellence and success. By becoming members of NJHS, students pledge to maintain and develop service, leadership, character, citizenship, and scholarship. We are grateful for our current members who continue to uphold these exceptional standards and we look forward to the phenomenal work that will be carried out by our new inductees. 

The Eighth-Grade Class Trip was amazing! We explored historic landmarks, from Central High, the Little Rock Nine Memorial at the State Capitol, and The Clinton Presidential Center to zip lining across Hot Springs National Park. It was an unforgettable experience!

The trip's highlight was our hike up the Hot Springs Mountain Trail to the Mountain Tower. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon hike. It was a perfect way to celebrate the end of their middle school years.

Thank you for allowing us to travel with your children and create memories that will last a lifetime.
