Dear Lower School Parents,

The Book Fair was well attended and fun for our students. Many of you made it out sometime during the week and that made it even better. A big thank you to the Oakridge Parents’ Club and our volunteers who decorated, helped the children make selections, and ran the event. It is so much work, but the kids love it and it helps our school.

It was exciting to see the wide array of colleges represented today for our College Shirt Day. The children were proud of their shirts and the schools they represented. It is always interesting at graduation to see where they all end up going to college.

Parent/Teacher Conference Day is February 28. Your child’s teacher will send sign-up information to you soon.

Our students have been working hard in Spanish. You are invited to watch their class play (Los Tres Cerditos or Galinna Pequeña) live or we will post a video of each performance on SeeSaw to be viewed in the comfort of your home. All of the plays begin at 8:00 a.m., so you can be on your way by 8:30. The schedule is posted here for your convenience.
