Dear Lower School Families,

Thank you for helping with all of the Valentine parties. Everyone enjoyed the games, crafts, and food. I always look forward to speed partying through twelve celebrations in one hour.

Our Living History program started this week with our first graders. Each class will spend a day with Mr. and Mrs. Adams learning all about the Mountain Men era and westward expansion. Any time in the next three weeks, when you are on campus, take a moment to walk down to the Idea Lab and check it out.

The children are enthralled with our new Spanish curriculum. Many have asked for more access to the songs and activities. There is a portal available for extension activities and review. Use of the Spanish portal is completely optional, so no work will be assigned. If your child would enjoy practicing Spanish at home via the portal, please email Mrs. Reed, vreed@theoakridgeschool.org.
