Dear Lower School Parents,

When we came back from our Thanksgiving Break, the display cabinet was full of Holiday Treasures! The children have enjoyed window shopping and considering what would be best to buy for different family members. A letter went home this week with details and a worksheet for creating a list of people to buy for and budget amounts. We hope this will make it easy. There are helpers for each child to make the process as smooth as possible. They are always so proud of their selections. It is also great that all gifts are wrapped and tagged. Please return your child’s form before their shopping day next week.

We enjoyed visiting author Chris Barton on Wednesday. He inspired all of us to use our talents to make the world better. Thank you, Mrs. DeWinter, for bringing this special guest to Oakridge. 

Lower School Christmas parties are on Thursday, December 14 at 1:30 p.m. All parents are invited.

  • December 15:  Early Dismissal at 11:30 a.m.

  • December 18-January 3: Winter Break, No School
