Dear Families,

Field Day, a cherished tradition in our school, presented the perfect opportunity for our students to practice our thought of the week, “We cheer each other on.” It was uplifting to watch as our students cheered and celebrated one another during this eventful day. As we reflect on Field Day, let us carry forward this spirit of encouragement in all that we do. 

On behalf of the ECC faculty and staff, we thank you for the love, support and encouragement we felt throughout Teacher Appreciation Week. It is a blessing to serve a community that values education and the time we pour into young children. Thank you for brightening our week.

End of year parties: As we glance ahead, ECC end of year parties are just two weeks away. Be on the lookout for a sign-up genius link for your child’s class. We invite you to join in on the fun. The parties will be hosted on May 24 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Please note, Clayton will not be available on May 24. 

Parent-Teacher Conferences: If you have not already, please secure a time and date to meet with your child’s teacher. Links can be found in Seesaw. May marks our final conference period for the year, during which teachers will share the progress made throughout the past school year. During the week of May 20th, students will be released at 11:30 a.m. to allow time for teachers to schedule parent conferences. Clayton Extended Care will be available May 20 - 23 from 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. If your child will be attending Clayton during those days, be sure to send a lunch. Clayton will not be open on the last day of school, May 24.
