Dear Families,
Our annual St. Jude Trike-A-Thon was a resounding success, thanks to your enthusiastic participation! We had a fantastic time exercising and having fun, all for a great cause. Thank you to our amazing parent volunteers and cheerleaders who made the day even more special. Your support in raising money for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital was truly inspiring. We're so grateful for everyone's contribution!

- The Fort Worth Zoo
- Mainstay Farm
- Hall's Pumpkin Farm
- Shadow Creek Pumpkin Farm
Varsity Football Game Tonight: We invite you to join us tonight, October 10, for the Varsity Football Game. It's not just a game; it's a fun family event where we will 'Give the Trojans the Boot!' Let's come together to cheer for our team and show our school spirit.
Next Week is Spirit Week and Oakridge Homecoming:
Spirit Week is a wonderful Oakridge tradition where school spirit can be felt from Preschool all the way to our Upper School students. Click here to review Spirit Day themes so that your child can join in on the fun! A few notes about Spirit Week:

Go Owls!
A Message from Mrs. Cox, Auxiliary Programs Coordinator: For families requiring extended care, the Owls' Nest program will be available for preschool through 8th grade students until 5:45 p.m. on October 18. The cost for extended care on early dismissal days is $45 per student.
Please note that all families, including those already enrolled in Owls' Nest for regular dismissal days, must complete the Google form to confirm attendance for this early dismissal. Students will need to bring a lunch, and preschoolers should also bring their nap mats.
If you plan to use Owls' Nest, please click here to fill out our Google form.
October 25 - Parent-Teacher Conferences:
On Friday, October 25, we will be hosting our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. During these 20-minute gatherings, teachers often share areas where your child shines, discuss academic strengths and areas for growth, as well as social-emotional development and fine motor development strengths and areas of growth. We value these days as it provides time for the partnership between school and home to grow. To sign up for a conference you will need to login to the parent portal and click on the yellow banner that reads “Parent Teacher Conference.” *Please note: There will be no school for students on the designated Parent-Teacher Conference Days.
Have a wonderful 4-day weekend!
Best regards,
