Dear ECC Families,

The first three days of school were nothing short of amazing! Our classrooms were filled with big smiles, a few tears (mostly from parents!), big hugs, and the beginnings of wonderful new friendships. It has been a joy watching your children explore, learn, and grow as they settle into their new routines. We understand that choosing a school is a significant decision, and we are truly honored that you have chosen Oakridge to join you on your child's educational journey. 

We had a wonderful turnout on Monday, August 18, for our annual Parent Information Night. You can access my slide deck here, which includes information about carpool, lunches, and much more. 

As we head into our first full week of school, I would like to encourage you to ensure you have:

• Joined your child’s Remind group to receive important messages from the school
• Joined your child’s Seesaw group to receive pictures, messages and information from your child’s teacher (reach out to your child’s teacher for directions on how to join)
• Been receiving and reading the weekly e-news letters from Mr. Burgy and divisional leadership
• Gained access to the Oakridge parent portal where you can find lunch menus, 1 Health, Owls’ Nest Extended Care registration, and the all-school calendar
• Fully updated your Magnus Health (all students must be 100% compliant)
