Meet the Chairman - Matt Worthington '98
Matt Worthington ’98 has served on the Oakridge Board of Regents since 2014 and was elected Board Chair in 2026. As both an alumnus and parent, he has a deep and enduring connection to the Oakridge community.
In 2000, while attending Texas Christian University, Matt and his wife, fellow Oakridge alumna Ryan Brentlinger Worthington ’99, founded Worthington Monuments, Inc., a company that provides memorialization options for families across the nation. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt is dedicated to serving his local community. He has been a member of the Arlington Children’s Toys Board since 2009 and remains committed to supporting organizations that positively impact families. He earned a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial management from Texas Christian University.
Matt and Ryan are the proud parents of Oakridge alumni Reese ’24 and Cole ’26, as well as current student Price ’30, continuing their family's longstanding legacy at Oakridge.
