An Evening in Paris
In Retrospect

This year’s Super Supper and Auction was a spectacular evening for those who attended, as well as for The Oakridge School. From the pageantry and lights of the Silent Auction, to the fabulously festive dinner and Live Auction set amidst the scenery and grandeur of Paris -- not to mention the energy of the band, “LC Rocks” -- it was definitely a night to remember.

An Evening in Paris provided a wonderfully elegant theme base, and the décor, Chaired and conceived by Vanessa Lowe , was both festive and classic. Event Co-Chairs Penni Watkins and Dana Queenan served to make this year’s event one of the historic fund raising successes of The Oakridge School. However, the complete success of this annual event would be possible without the tireless work and dedication of all of those involved. Through these efforts and the important donations of items and services, along with the participation of those that purchased items and attended An Evening in Paris , the event raised well over $250,000.

When you realize the positive aspects of this event -- teamwork, social interaction, benefit to the school, and the fun – it is easy to see why so many people like to be involved, and there is room for you, too. Please consider getting involved in next year’s Super Supper & Auction. It benefits your students and is a great way to participate in the school’s community.
