Please note that all schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the teacher/sponsor. Every effort, however, is made to adhere to the dates and times below.

Art Club
Art Club meets the 1st and 3rd Monday from 3:30 to 4:30. Art Club is fun and helps the school out in an artistic way. Students will paint murals, make posters, and help with school decorations.

Chess Club
The Chess Club provides students with an excellent forum to discuss strategy and technique to master an excellent mental challenge. Students will learn chess and compete against their peers in a fun and engaging club.

Girls' Choir
The Girls' Choir meets Friday period 2 in the choir room. LHMS girls honor school choir spend time honing their skills for performances.

Computer Club
The Computer Club meets every Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 in the MS computer lab. Students will learn how to use computers to enhance projects and other assignments.

Debate Club
Debate Club meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 3:45 to 4:30. The Debate Club will learn how to debate in a structured environment. Students will participate on a variety of topics and enhance their communication and interpersonal skills.

Garden Club
Garden Club meets every 2nd and 4th Monday from 3:30 to 4:30. The Garden Club is a must for those with a green thumb. Students will learn the basics of gardening, while helping to beautify the campus.


History Club
The History Club meets every Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:30. The History Club is a club for anyone who enjoys learning about the past and understanding the future. Students will cover many topics, both past and present.

Math Club
Math Club meets on Tuesdays. 5th graders meet during lunch. 6th-8th meet at 3:30-4:30. Math club will prepare students for math competitions. Students will meet and practice and discuss various math techniques and strategies.

National Junior Honor Society (7th and 8th)
The National Junior Honor Society meets the 1st Friday of every month. A high honor that can be awarded to Upper House MIddle School students in grades 7 and 8. The NJHS strives to give practical meaning to scholarship, service, character and citizenship. Student invitations are sent out each spring.

PSIA(5th-8th)
PSIA meets every Thursday during Lunch. PSIA, Private Schools Interscholastic Association, provides a competitive challenge for students across a variety of disciplines. Students will practice for the competitions which are held on weekends throughout the year.

Spanish Tutoring
Spanish Tutoring is held every Monday from 3:30 to 4:20 for 5th grade and every tuesday from 3:30 to 4:20 for 6th grade. Students will work to enhance and improve their spanish.

Student Council
Student Council meets ever Wednesday during lunch. Upper House Middle School students will learn what it is like to be a student leader. Through community service projects, planning for student social events, and working to improve the campus, students will develop communication and problem-solving skills. Students are elected to various positions in the fall.


Word Challenge
Word Challenge meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:30. Students learn to become "word masters" as they prepare for the Reader's Digest Word Power Challenge.
